That Ain't Bad® ("we", "us") operates thataintbad.net. Our store checkout is powered by Shopify, and merchandise is printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner.

What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and the items you buy. Payment details are entered directly into Shopify's secure checkout and never touch our website.
- Email signups — when you subscribe through the newsletter form, the first-order discount popup, or the announcement bar, we store your email address, the date and time, the page you signed up from, and a record of your consent.
- Fan submissions — photos and details you email us or tag us with for the "Show Us Your That Ain't Bad" section.
- Site usage — standard server logs and analytics (Google Analytics and, when running ads, the Meta pixel) covering page views, searches, products viewed, cart activity and checkout starts. Analytics runs only in company-owned accounts; visitors in the EU/UK can accept or decline it from the consent bar, and anyone can change their choice via “Privacy Choices” in the footer.
Email marketing & consent
By subscribing you agree to receive marketing emails from That Ain't Bad: new drops, restocks, giveaways, and the occasional range report. We use single opt-in, which means you're on the list as soon as you submit a valid address. Your first-order discount code is shown on screen right away and sent to your inbox.
Unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every marketing email, on our unsubscribe page, or by emailing thataintbadorders@gmail.com. We honor requests promptly and keep a suppression record so you aren't re-added by mistake.
We never sell or rent our list. Order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, refunds) are transactional and are sent even if you're not subscribed to marketing.
How we use information
- Fulfill and ship orders, process returns and refunds, and answer support requests.
- Send marketing emails you've opted into, and the first-order discount you were promised.
- Run giveaways you enter and feature fan photos you send us.
- Keep the site secure and understand what's working.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (checkout, customer and order records, email delivery), our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (name and address to ship your order), payment processors, and Netlify (website hosting, where signup records are stored). Each is bound by its own privacy terms. We share information with law enforcement only when legally required.
Cookies & local storage
We use Shopify's cookies to keep your cart and complete checkout, small local-storage flags so we don't show you the discount popup repeatedly, and analytics/advertising cookies as described above (subject to your consent where required).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing thataintbadorders@gmail.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to know what we hold and to have it deleted; we do not sell personal information. Kids
The site and store are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
